The purpose of the Local Professional Development Committee (LPDC) is to assist licensed CCESC employees in developing Individual Professional Development Plans (IPDP) as required by state regulations and for monitoring continuing education hours and professional development required for Ohio Department of Education licensure renewals. Each educator who holds a license must have an Individual Professional Development Plan submitted and approved before credit is given for any professional development activities.
The CCESC Local Professional Development Committee would like to announce the meeting schedule for the 2012-13 school year. Please submit any documentation that you wish to have approved prior to one of the meetings scheduled. If you have documentation from the 2011-12 school year that you want approved, it must be submitted by October 1, 2012. Failure to meet this deadline will result in your request for approval being denied. An IPDP must be on file with the LPDC. All LPDC meetings are held at 4:00 PM unless otherwise noted. All meetings are at the CCESC.
