PROJECT REAL

The get REAL Program, operated by the Clermont County Educational Service Center (CCESC), is a program that provides students with disabilities direct instruction in employability/life skills and opportunities to apply those skills.  Students have completed their high school academic requirements, earned all credits needed to graduate and have deferred taking a diploma.  get REAL is a program designed to successfully transition students into the world of work and independent living.  After completing one year in get REAL, students may accept their diplomas and exit school, request to participate in a second year of get REAL, or be referred to Project SEARCH, if eligible for RSC (Rehabilitation Services Commission).  The student’s initial and continued placement and length of participation in the program is determined by the IEP team.
