for Administrators and Leadership Teams

Description High
performing organizations are all founded on “quality” principles and
strategies. District/building
level administrators and their leadership teams
work together for three days to build a “quality” foundation
for their district. These
quality practices are described in the Baldrige National Quality
Program Education Criteria. During
the seminars, participants will have time to examine their district core
values, leadership strategies, and strategic planning.
They will also learn to use quality tools and strategies to apply
to their district/school. This
foundation and understanding of quality practices will enable leaders to
support teachers as they institute quality practices in classrooms. Presenters:

Team is pleased to present the Administrative/Leadership Seminars. Meri Johnson, Stan Laferty, Beth Muskopf, Barb
Weidus and Jane Zachman have worked with schools throughout the SW Ohio
region and will share successful practices they have observed as
districts, schools, and teachers implement quality practices. For
